Eat loads of "super speed" foods and drink plenty of water.

If having cereal are you measuring it or just guestimating? You may be having too much or not enough.

Are you eating your Syns, I find if I eat too few this also affects my weight loss.

Vary your meals, this worked for me as I was only losing 1/2lb a week.
