1 Month on Exante

Hi All,

Just thought I would post my 1 month results hopefully if there are any newbies reading it will inspire them and any regulars it will keep them on track plus I just want to show off and I'm not telling people I'm on a diet so this is my only outlet!!!
So 1 month on and my loss is 30lb, over 2 Stone so very happy! Not been this light for a few years and not had my clothes so lose on me that I can actually considering wearing all those small clothes in my wardrobe still with the tag on brought on a 'one day I'll fit in it' moment!
I understand the 1st month is going to be the biggest loss so trying to think of it as a 'buy 1 get 1 free' offer in that from now on I will aim for 1 stone per month and be happy with that, at the end of the day a loss is a loss no matter how much!

Really well done Blonde, that is terrific news, a huge loss for 1 month! Keep it up and 1 stone per month is achievable.

I'm the sister Maggie! I started Exante before xmas and then before that I did Lipotrim. Our other sister is starting to do it too and our mum has lost 2 stone on it as well - its a whole family affair

all good, can only hope i follow your examples, any advice today? i am ravenously hungry, vanilla didnt hit the button this morning, had water, been outside, working hard, all i can think about is the fridge? Even dogfood smelt fantastic, and as for the recycle bin.....

you WILL get used to it, food adverts/food programmes on TV are ENDLESS or seem to be in the first few weeks

then it doesn't bother you
then some on here take a perverse delight in watching cookery programmes & reading cookery books !!!!

then it fades down to jsut super trigger stuff for me
smells etc (I won;t say what, otherwise it will set you off)

get busy
don't do too much strenuous stuff-you will be tired,
Bubble baths
I fiddle on my computer
watch DVD's with no adverts

Wow - that is great.:)

Wish I could get my mum to join me. She's struggled and been unhappy with her weight for so long and the things she tries on and off don't really make a difference. How super to be doing it as a family - congratulations.

fantastic! well done!!! i hope i get such a good result (week 3 weigh in on tuesday) but ive slipped up 3 times so far (OH's fault lol -well mine really but dnt like to think tht! BUT luckily have managed to convince OH to start exante too so should be waaaayyyy easier now!!)

Anyways well done and keep it up, its so motivating to see big losses, so keep us posted!!!

That's a fantastic weight loss for one month!!!!!! That's the one thing that is really fantastic about this diet - the one stone a month loss. If I only lost 2lbs a week I would soon lose the will to live!

wow thats fantastic news. 2 stones!
ive been on the diet from tuesday (20th aprill 2010), am finding it so difficult especially during the evnings. ive tried to implement some exercises into my daily routine, but am feeling disheartend as i cant see a change, but your post has really inspired me to carry on, could you please tell me if you did any exericise and what sort you would recommend, my aim is to loose 4.5 stones by june 30th... would you say thats realistic? and how quick was it before you got to see results?

p.s - everybody is free to respond. :D x

Started Exante today,Total solution.Have at least 10 stone to lose.Measuring half a pint of skimmed milk a day to have with my cups of tea as my life saver.Would it be better to only have 3 shakes due to me having s/milk.Not stated that i can but thought i would try and see anyway.x
