I have 1 more week on TFR then taking a break for my 30th birthday part and holiday to Devon.
going to stick to having 1-2 shakes though I think for the 2 weeks so I don't go mad and put loads back on.
Any one else taken a short break like this?
I think you may struggle having 2 shakes a day. You get really hungry when you come out of ketosis.
Are you sure it's not better to refeed then eat sensible food for a week.
I did it and only put on 1lb over 2 weeks (refeed and sensible week).
