1 week done here's to the rest of my life

I have suprised myself from one day looking into a chemist shop to starting something i never thought i would ever be able to do, this lipotrim is magic.
i started on 13th july and today 19th i had lost 10lb totally brilliant.
i did have a bad head on the 2nd morning and have had trouble with the toilet, apart from that i have had more energy and reading these weight losses on here i am looking forward to being on this for months to come.
i have found the shakes very tasty and adding the coffee is a good help.
i have had a few peanut flipjacks they come in handy when your out for the day so your not shaking your mix in a beaker. they do get better the more you have and at least its something to eat.

Well done for getting through your first week, its the worst! A great loss as well, bet thats given you a boost to take on week 2.
I've struggled with going to the loo since I started LT, senna doesn't work for me, but Dulcolax does the trick very well! I try and drink as much as I can, but it still doesn't help. Maybe try the fibreclear? You can get it from the chemist and its supposed to help, although it doesn't do much for me.

thanks for your advice, been out all day with my camera so had a peanut flipjack they are dry but with a glass of water they go down i found them very filling i have not tried the chicken soup yet not looking forward to it after all the gross comments

Well done with the 10lbs!!! great stuff!
I am taking fibreclear everyday and Dulcoease which seems to be working this week. The toilet troubles are the only down side, but well worth it! good luck for next weigh in.

Not sure if you read my post or not but I broke my diet yesterday and this morning. Feel really guilty, I want to keep at this diet because the results are very quick but I feel like throwing in the towel. Any tips?

Hi two sizes smaller If I feel down and feel like breaking my diet I just get out the old photo's of really fat me and look at yourself now and that makes you want to keep going hope this helps linda x

i know its all worth it in the end i had a im fat day yesterday but got up this morning and the skirt i had on last night felt so much better made me up for the day. try something on you used to wear and see the difference.Good luck this is a brill site and hope to keep motivated myself with all the good chats
