10 stone to lose

so i did cambridge for 20 weeks and lost 6 stone last year, i found out i was pregnant so i obviously had to stop, the whole reason i started cambridge was because i had been trying to concieve for 2 years without success so it all worked out in the end.

Anyway, my baby girl is now 12 weeks old, i got weighed on saturday to find out i am back to where i started, i am on day 3 and all is going well, i stuck to the diet 100% last time and i intend to this time but i have got 10 stone to lose.

I also have about ten stone to lose!!!
It seems an awfully long journey doesnt it???
I know that everyone says that you should take it half a stone at a time, and that seems great in theory, but thats a hell of a lot of half stones lol.
Although I do seem more focused on it this time, I think it helps that I havea high school reunion at the end of May and there is no way I want to go looking like this.
Do you have something to aim for??
Good Luck and let me know how you are getting on.

Congratulations on your little girl, Lou.
Good luck with losing your 10 stone.
Good luck

Congratulations on your baby.I'm sure she'll be your motivation. You can lose 10 stone. Whenever it seems like a struggle -remember you are doing it for YOU and for your baby so you can have the energy
to be active as a Mum and get the most out of being with her and doing stuff with her.
Once the weight starts to cdome off you will see the changes quickly and with the warmer weather coming you will be able to wear nicer clothes too which helps the confidence and makes you feel good.
