hey all hope your all ok on this raining ban holiday typical eh?had a bad day yday all the goodies jumped down my throat i weighed myself this morning and i have not gained so working out extra hard and trying to be extra goodoh well im only human aslong as i get back to it thats what counts hope everyone else is doing well x

morning all im back had a couple of bad weeks at home but things are better gained 2lb could be worse i suppose but il weigh in next monday and update,3 weeks this thurs till i fly omg i need get a grip or il be very unhappy on hol so today its my 3.5 week challenge lol and i hope to loose as much as poss,hope you ladies are doing well xx

thanks stef i felt ready to explode lol its only the past two days i have eaten everything in site LOL so today it was back to it or il regret it i cant wait to go on holiday to unwind and feel a whole lot better than last year minus 2/3 stone how are you doing hun which plan are you on i cant find you lol x

I go Portugal in 3 weeks, only or 3 days to sort wedding stuff but I'm child free ahhhh can't wait!!

morning all weighed myself thid morning and im 14.7 really pleased i would be so happy if i could get rid of 9lb in 3.5 weeks to bring me to the 13s for holidays struggled with water yesterday so will try extra hard today have a great day everyone x
