10 week holiday challenge!

Well I'm eating more getting to about 20 pp daily now got weighed today and had put a pound on :(

Well done Lydia thts so so good if it's stays off ;) ive put on about 4 stone. Weighed myself this morning and I was 9st 9.9 so think I've put on 3lb.. Need 2 get bk on it. Don't worry giles once ur back to normal ur weight will begin 2 go bk to normal x
 
My weight is fluctuating really much I don't understand it? Either that or my scales r broke?!
 
Ive been bad for 2 weeks! Cant get back into it! I didnt even go to weigh in this week :( x

Well iv been good last since thur but I have used 17 weeklies which I never do! So we're see how it goes.... This is like the second time ever iv used weeklies properly... So we're see!

Somethin must b in the air as we're all being naughty!
 
I got a night planned out though on the 28th July and want to be 11 stone for that! Which means I need to lose 6lbs in 3 weeks!

Wtf I must have had 3 chippys went out for a meal 2 the casino the other night, do not get it??

But I think maybe (cos I don't feel any slimmer in fact I look fatter) this might sound disgusting but I think it's jst my bowels. As I said b4 those pills up until this point in my life, I go to the loo once every 1-2 sometimes 3 weeks. So I have been doin it once a day from these kelp pills and I think maybe I've jst been cleared out? Oh well it's a gd start so I'm now 9st 5 :) this wk I'm really goin 2 concentrate ;) xx

Ahh you sound like your stuck in ruts....i'm right there with you!! and Sam bowls or not least you've lost, i so wish i was your weight :)

Soooo i'm back off holiday....now i put weight on easy. I got down to 10-7.5 before i went......i amd now 11-4 :eek::eek::eek::eek: SO gutted!!

How the hell can someone put so much weight in a week?? :mad:

I can't even diet properly this week as i'm off work, going to london and just generally find it hard when not in work and no routine :(
I did delay my period so that wont have helped but still.....

I'm off to zumba tonight and if af hasn't arrived tomorrow going to start going swimming....i'm discusted with myself :mad::mad::mad:
 
Also ladies....i normally weigh on a monday but if i have had a night out it doesn't repair itself until tuesday at least.....would it be better if i changed my weigh in day??

What day do you find best to weigh? xx
 
Don't worry snugglepuss I've put on 10lb on a week holiday b4... Ul get it off it's not so much fat it's probably jst ur still fill of food!!

I weigh on a Monday and I prefer it because if I have a rubbish weekend I say fresh strt on Monday and I always do it that way. But maybe u cud change to Wednesday so it's mid week and the damage has repaired itself.? And also ur less likely to use ur weeklies b4 the wknd if u weigh on wed! Completely upto u xx
 
I can put 10lb on in a week too... It's not all true gain though. Some of it is and the rest is water retention and bloat etc. I weigh on Fridays because I know I'm bold on saturdays and sundays and then I use monday to thursday to be good before WI again on friday :) x

Well done on your losses!

I put 1lb on this week :( tho have started eating again. I went to see my go this morning and when weighed her scales had me half a stone heavier then my scales gutted to say the least! When I went to ww meeting to get some indie a couple of weeks ago my scales said the same as the ww scales now I have no idea what to believe!

Boot camp sounds ridiculously hard, especially at that time in the morning! Do you enjoy it?

Really pleased to here u are eating properly again. U will see it come off soon. I went to the bootcamp about 9 months ago and although hard I loved it but it was later in the morning so not sure how I will fare with a half 6 start! Next week we will see.....

Yeah I'm going to its just totally knocked me today when I really didn't need it I had a job interview so was stressed and clearly overreacted! But tomorrow is another day and a new start.

I hope it'll come off fairly quick just need to eat up to 26pp as a minimum even if it's juice etc.

Boot camp sounds fun would love to do it but can't tho I'm not great with people yelling at me I tend to yell back! 6:30 is definitely very early to be working out good luck!

Ha Lydia I knew who u meant! For some reason I get mixed up between giles and snugglepuss, think its because u both have animals in ur pics lol.

Well first bit of exercise I've done in about 6 months. Done pads with OH but only 3 rounds and I was knackered lol. Unfit.com

I think ur mad Lydia. In a good way. I'm goin 2 ease myself in gently with the exercise I'd love to b able to go jogging again but oh pushes me 2 hard when I'm not ready so id rather go on my own when he doesn't know.

My pic is meant to stop me reaching for the chocolate! I have a full size version in my office I love caroline shotton's art work and that one is very apt for a diet!

Yeh I've not lol, my arms were killing me yesterday from the boxin so much so I could hardly type haha. Made cakes today :( never a good idea. 2 cupcakes have been demolished. What can I say I don't like 2 blow my own trumpet but I'm such a good baker lol.

How's everyone else gettin on? Xx
 
Right ladies ive just booked my holiday! 6 weigh ins left! Need to shift as much as possible! 2lb a week would be nice! 7 would be better! I no im not guna be in a bikini cuz im still 13st 8 but to loose a bit would make me feel that much better than i do now xx

Weigh in is changed to wednesdays in hope i get over heavy weekends better.

I just feel like i lose weight put it on....lose weight put it on!!

2 stone is an aim now.
Zumba mon/thursday
Swimming tues/weds.

Game on!!
 
That's great love handles, where u off to? I've defo put weight on this week had 2 portions of chips and a pizza and macaroni yesterday it's shameful.. I am so fed up!!! I'll hopefully b goin on holiday soon I need 2 get a grip of myself. :( well done for the motivation snugglepuss, I have none whatsoever.
