hi ya as a rough guide LT advise a loss of a stone per mth obviously this is dependant on sticking to the diet 100% and again dependant on how much you have to loose

all the best we're all here to support you in your journey

Hey doll. Obviously it depends on your current weight but I'd say in 10 weeks you can lose just under 3 stn. (Taking into consideration the big first weeks loss)

Daisy you have already lost an incredible 5 stone - well done.
I think you will lose the other 3 stone in 10 weeks easily.

Good luck and welcome back :)

In 10 weeks you could lose about 2 stone and a bit if you follow LT properly, I lost 2 stone on the 7th week. My little sis lost 2 stone on I think the 5th or 6th week. You can definetly get there.
