100% day

I'm on day three at 100% having two shakes, a 600 cal ready meal and the three 100 cal snacks (today I'm having a philedelphia dipper thing, a bag of mini ryvita and a harvester chewy bar) about 2.5 - 3lts of water. I keep a ltr bottle of water on my desk so finding this quite easy...also am soooo thirsty! does anyone else have this? is it the shakes? Not counting my cups of tea yet, but will start that if i don't lose this week.
