100% for january

    So i have been up and down for the last few months so now i am goin to try and get a perfect month, the last time i had a perfect month i lost 14.5lb.My motivation is back up and trying to do a food diary aswell so i can monitor what i am doing will keep every1updated.

    I will join too. I like the idea of starting a fresh.

    I am always starting fresh on Monday and blowing out Thursday - Sunday. Its actually made me gain weight doing this.

    I started yesterday and was 100%, also today I am planning on being 100%.

    January starts when ur 1st day is 100% gd luck to all and reply with ur losses on wi day also if u jst need to talk x

    Hi everyone, I planned to do this challenge too, so glad someone made a thread!! I've been 100% on jan 1st and 2nd and today is looking pretty good too! I'm determined to keep up til the end of jan, would love to be below 11st4 by end of Jan which takes me from being in the obese BMI category to just overweight. Needs a loss of half a stone - so between 1.5-2lbs a week! Here goes nothing girls, we can but try!! Xxx

    It doesnt matter if u can cant do all of jan cause there are always things that can get in the way but normally i take it a day at a time nd if i do mess up then just dismiss it and get bk on track dnt let 1 day mess up the whole week i always aim 4 at least 3 weeks of 100% hope this helps:) x

    I've been 100% for the first 3 days, so 3/31 for me.

    Hoping to get to 11st 2 in Jan and my 1.5st award...i have 9lbs to go.

    I've not been totally 100% as I had a little chocolate binge tonight :((. But I've counted my syns and had 24 today so not a total disaster.

    Need to get out of Christmas habit of chocolate with everything! Going to have extra superfree with my meals tomorrow and try to break the sweet habit I've developed. I WILL be 100% tomorrow!

    I have been 100% since 1st January.....also given up the booze......which has left me with loads of syns.......lol. I hope to lose 12-14 lb by the end of the month :D

    Don't give up take it as a bad day sweep it under the rug try and be 100% today if you peckish in the day eat jelly it will help with the cravin for something sweet harleys sachets are only 1.5syns for 1 sachet they are low in syns and delisious x

    I'll jump on this bandwagon too! yesterday was my first 100% day and so far I have been too. I had originally wanted to hit target by the end of Jan, but think it is unlikely though I am keen to give it a good go! I have put all of the left over chocolate coins in the freezer to keep them out of sight. I also think when I do eventually give in and have one, each coin should last a lot longer so feel more satisfying.
