Hi Everyone,

Am I too late to join your challenge? I'm just coming to the end of my first week - my weigh in day is Wednesday so I'm loving reading all your very motivational posts on the forum.

I have quite a way to go so would love to have a challenge to be able to spur me on. I've found this first week relatively easy and have survived my husband and children eating all sorts of nice meals and treats. I'll share with you what I've been able to tolerate this week:- an evening at the races with 12 others (all who were drinking and tucking into our posh picnic hamper!, visit to McD's, 2 x visits to Krispy Kreme doughnut cafe, fish and chips on a day out, ice cream at the park, catering for my mum staying the weekend and hubby cooking our saturday tea of steak, chips and vegetable (a firm fave of mine!).

I'm guessing if I can get through this week and have been 100% TS I can get through anything!

Well done for last week. It is very difficult but when you see the weight loss it is all worth while, ill add you to the list just let us know when you weigh in, I'm afraid I'm terrible for daily weigh ins but I have done well this week, only 1 extra weigh in. My weigh day is also Wednesday.

I have had a sneaky weigh in yesterday but I'm hoping to not get into the habit of mid week weighing but it is very difficult to resist. Can def feel the difference in my clothes though so fingers crossed I'll be happy on Wednesday morning.
 
Week 3 weigh in today and I've lost 5lb, so that's 21lbs altogether :D Sooooo hoping I get my 100lbs off by xmas.

Hi I am still here but no weight loss to report. I started, then had a wedding then restarted then had another wedding. I felt like I was wasting the packs for no gain (or loss!). Husband goes to Canada for 10 weeks next week so I'm going to start exante then as ill have no distractions (still watching what I eat until then). As we are going to be apart a while its nice to enjoy an evening meal together or lunch out. I WILL get those 60lbs off!! X

Well done Zoe... 2 stones, it's amazing isn't it?

Have felt really bloated the past couple of days and not sure if its the new meals... Yesterday I had Spag Bol for lunch and chilli for tea so probs a lot more for my body to wrestle with than just shakes. Going to give the meals a rest for a couple of days and see if that helps.

Glad packs have arrived. I just tend to have 1 of the meals in the day and seem fine on it. I actually felt really bloated when it was warm weather, couldn't keep up with the water. Hope you ok soon.
 
Hi girlies, sorry I had a lot on my plate and had to get my arse and my head in gear. I am now on day 6 of Lipotrim believe it or not lol. It's been a hard slog as I caved on saturday with a take away. I blame my hubby and brother, second day on Lipotrim and they bring out the chinese big guns BUT I've been totally 100% since then. How are you all getting on. will see if i've lost any weight as i think i put on a few lb before getting back on it.

Well done LyniG, I'm sure a little treat every now and again should be ok, as long as you can get straight back on it, I went through a stage where my head wasn't in gear. Had a blow out over a few days then realised I was happier when I got on the scales and saw a weight loss than when I was eating the 'naughty ' food I had craved. I went out for a meal yesterday at my suggestion I had chicken salad with no dressing, I really enjoyed it, I would normally have had a massive bowl of pasta smothered in cheese. Keep up the good work.

3lb off for me this week - total loss 25lb... quarter of the way there!! For the past two weeks I have had a cheeky weigh in on a Thursday and both weeks I have still been the same by Monday. It's as if I lose whatever weight I am going to lose that week in the first 3 days then no more for the rest of the week.

Hoping the 30 day shred will help boost it a bit. Did day 3 today and found it a bit easier - especially the cardio. By easier I mean I can keep going through it without dying!

So, here's me...

That's the same with me , lose first 3 days and stay stable the rest of the week , odd lol
But let it keep dropping . I think to myself how have I got like this and no i'm paying the price against time ... thinking I must move I wont fit in the plane seat , i'm thinking of walking to the loo on the plane as I walk its going to be tight lol hooo god the mind lol
