Hi everyone, just a quick hello. I'm new to the calorie counting corner! I've literally been trying to find a faddy diet over the last few months to shed the 1 1/2 stone I've put on! I've tried EVERY diet under the sun it feels but haven't been able to stick to any as there's so many restrictions so I've finally got my sensible head on and am done with the fad diets so am going to just stick with calorie counting from now on. I weighed in this morning at 10 stone and am 5' 4", I was going to try and stay between 1000-1200 per day. Does this seem an ok amount? Xx
