What shall I eat....?!

I've had breakfast, lunch and diner AND snacks plus pud!

What do I eat now? Any yummy suggestions??

I wouldn't eat anything else if I was satisfied. Doing things like that just fed my food addiction, but that might just be me :)

I was told I had to eat all my dailies......


But I figure if I'm full?? I'll ask the leader of my meeting tomo :) xx

Dont eat just for the sake of it. Remember that your fruit and veg will be contributing to your calories anyway x I agree with pp and don't stress over using all points as if fruit etc were pointed, I'm sure I'd be using more than my daily points anyway x
 
aslong as youve hit 26pp a day then i wouldnt force myself to eat more....

But i had a triple choco mars last night for 6pp... but that took me to 26pp

Oh yes, and with 23lb in 7 weeks gone, eating below my points certainly hasn't done me any harm!!!
 
41pp is a lot! Perhaps ask ur leader if u can go down some pp!

Ur not meant to eat less than 26pp a day as Ur body just doesn't get the nutrients ect that it needs and will go into starvation mode!

I have lost 19lb in the first 7 weeks eating 26pp daily and all 49 w/p. Just cause u eat less doesn't mean u will loose much more! Id say if u were eating less than 26pp a day u were being too hard on urself!

41pp is correct for my height weight etc. they calculated it but I will have lost enough in the last 2 weeks to go down a point I think! :)
 
U should rear all ur dailies but when u have so many it can b hard, I've said to ppl in the past if u want to eat all ur pp without more food then just change what u r already eating ie have Hovis bread instead of ww bread, full fat yoghurts instead of reduced fat yoghurts, even a glass of orange juice with ur brekkie will use up pp, u don't have to eat more food.

But if u do have days where u have 10pp left and u fancy a treat there's no reason y u can't have one, ur only human and even if ur satisfied but still fancy something and the pp r there, have it! U won't have 41pp for ever!

I'm not being too hard on myself. Yes I restrict and there are certain foods that I refuse to eat but I know from experience what will happen if I do. I know my view is not a popular one but I refuse to eat just for the sake of it. I know that that is dangerous for me. I eat a healthy meal and when that's done I'm done. I don't snack. I'm working another programme along with WW and that takes priority. WW is a method of portion control and to help me make healthy choices.

Like I said, not a popular view but it is the way I HAVE to do it.

Agreed! I did! Frozen yogurt and a banana! It was lovely!! :) doing well on saving my weeklies this week- don't think I'll use them!! X

I'm that it's working for you! That's the way to do it right? Make it work for you! I'm still getting to grips with it all and I want to make a healthy lifestyle choice- you're right about ww being a way to help do that :)

I didn't mean to upset anyone, just did really well with my healthy filling stuff and fancied something tasty with what points I've got left. This is the end of my 2nd week and I've hardly touched my weeklies :) x

I agree. Eating just to use up points isn't sensible. Especially when you're eating quite a lot of fruit and vegetables, because that makes it quite a bit of calories anyway. Therefore using the minimum amount of points to make sure your body get doesn't go into starvation mode is kind of null and void anyway.

There's been a couple of days this week where I haven't used all of my points, not under by Mendes, maybe three or four. But I've had two or three pieces of fruit at least, and plenty of vegetables. That would more than make up the difference of four points at approximately 40 Cals.

To me, this is more about making healthy lifestyle choices, than it is sticking your point allowances. however, different things work better for different people. Not everybody feels the same so I think that as long as what you are doing is working for you, there is no need to change it. X
