10st to lose

    Hello :) so as you can tell from my title, I have quite a bit to lose ha! I'm doing weight watcher pro points from home and so far so good. I started June 1st 2014 and have lost 13lb so far! still a fair bit to go! I'm 21, about to start my second year in uni and I've just moved into a new house with my boyfriend and 2 friends so I'm more determined than ever to do this! :) I also weigh in on a Sunday! x

    thank you so much :) I hope I can get as much support as possible :) my boyfriend was doing it with me but he gave up 2 weeks ago!

    thank you :) I've had a bit of an off week and put on 2lbs yesterday but 100% back on plan and doing good! :) it really wasn't worth being happy for 10 minutes while I had the food then feel horrible / guilty when I put on weight, so I'm not going awol again, learnt my lesson! :p

    It's strange isn't it - even at the time we know we don't "want it" but we still eat it in the pretense it'd make us feel better when it does the exact opposite!

    yeah, mind of matter I suppose isn't it! definitely not worth it though, as I've been told before - nothing tastes as good and feeling good feels! so I have that literally stuck everywhere all over my kitchen, so fingers crossed it will all kick in and do something to my thoughts :) xx
