Hiya. I'm on day 10 and lost 9lb in my first week. This week has been tough, first week I sailed through. Got 10 weeks left and determined to get a good result xx

Hi, I lost loads then lockdown hit “very poor excuse”. I am starting again and am anxious. How is your journey?

It’s is not a poor excuse at all
Lockdown has been so difficult for all different reasons. Food has been a comfort as it’s one of the very few things we can still enjoy isn’t it
