Hi Fiona, if you just touch the list of weights until the bubble highlights it, then stretch it out to include it all, then touch it and hit copy then paste it into the comments section :)

Had to post my first day loss, I'm a bit behind (2 weeks) very please that half of my gradual gain over the last few weeks has come off, I'm afraid I'm a bit of a obsessive weighed if that's the right term. I may be updating quite regularly to start with.

I would like to lose 3 stones by Christmas. Going away on the 27th September for a week so this will be good motivation for my return.

Sooo chuffed, lost 3 lb since Monday despite totm, that's the beauty of the first week and water and all that. I know it's going to slow down but I just want to lose what I gained when I was away, it'll make such a difference to how I feel.

Official weigh in this morning, lost another 1.5lb so since restart last Monday I lost 4.5 lbs from my gain, so fingers crossed I'll be close to the 13s asap!!

Well done Fiona, really chuffed for you, I just about hit the 13s before I went off for several weeks so I can't wait to be back in the 13s.

Hi I've not been on here for a couple of weeks. I've not been too well and had a bit of a lapse. Fortunately I haven't gained any weight! back on track today. Started with a chocolate shake for breakfast and hope to stay 100% today.

Hi everyone. Can I join in ?. Just back from holiday after failing to lose the weight I was aiming for before I went. Felt really fed up with myself so will be starting afresh today with new goals & lots of motivation.
Would like to lose 3 stone by Christmas which works out about 3.5 lb a week.

Thanks Lynn. I am feeling really positive at the moment. Bought stuff for holiday that I never got to wear, so determined that I will be able to fit into them on the next holiday. Hope you are feeling better & have a good week.
 
Hi Lynne I've lost the plot a little over last week or so, back on it tomorrow. At least 3lb a week till Christmas, don't think ill meet my target but its something to aim for.
