12 Week Challenge????

I thought the same but I bet if you looked at a food diary of a good week that its doable, esp as a portion could just be a handful of strawberries or just an apple.
 
At class last wed's my consultant read out a 12 week challenge, here it is:

Week 1: Read all your books from cover to cover
Week 2: 5 Scan Bran & 3 Glasses of water each day
Week 3: Bowl of syn free soup each day
Week 4: 40 Speed foods a day
Week 5: Different B choice each day
Week 6: A new recipe once a day
Week 7: Have fish 4 times this week
Week 8: 30 mins BM each day
Week 9: Complete a food diary
Week 10: Change eating plan for at least 3 days
Week 11: Increase Super Free foods to half instead of 1/3rd
Week 12: 7 Days, 7 Speed Foods, 7 Syns

I have just worked out that exactly 12 weeks today is my holiday and so I just wondered if anyone would be up the challenge???

This sounds ace apart from the scan bran. I don't think I could face 5 pieces a day for a whole week lol xxx

Just back from WI with my packs of scan brand ready to start tomorrow. Lets see how much I lose next week
 
I haven't lost any doing it but I've messed up at the weekend, trying to pull it back until weds but I've well and truly blown it! Still having 5 a day though.
 
3 scan bran topped with plain cottage cheese chopped tomato and fresh basil will save the other 2 for later as a snack.
 
I had 3 topped with marmalade banana and yogurt. Same as you will save the other 2 for snack. 5 in one go is a bit much ;)
