You havent messed things up at all!

Get yourself a meal plan written for tomorrow and stick to it! It really IS that simple. Keep yourself busy and make sure you only eat what you have allowed yourself - voila! Back "on track" :D

Honestly, moaning wont get you anywhere, only YOU can change it and change it you can!

It's hard but we'll all get there eventually - just takes time to get used to it thats all xxx

The fun of calorie counting is that you can plan in your treats. If you always want something sweet after lunch then plan it in. It might be smaller than you are used to but you'll find you get used to it.

Whatever it is that you come off the diet for you can adapt and add it in.
