    Only just got round to eating something today so had beans on toast with two slices of bread and a whole tin of beans!!! Soooooo good!!!! But should I still eat my 14 points I've got left over the course of the evening or just be done for the day???

    I'd say just go with what you feel. If you are still hungry use them.... but avoid the temptation to eat junk with them....... xx
