Have weight in at my heaviest ever weight of 14 st 1.5 lbs. So kinda hoping not to be here long but with me I never know xx

Hey guys, weighing in at 14st 3lbs and started atkins yesterday but today all went down hill and went crazy with the junk food.

What kinda diet are you guys following? what kinda foods u eating?

Hey im doing calorie counting. Eating all sorts as long as its in my limit x

Calorie counting is defo the way forward for me. Its how I lost my weight originally. Right now I need a cheap option. No paying for weekly meetings or special bars and soups etc. using my fitness pal on my phone. Its a great app and I dont feel hungry. Sure makes u think! Xx
