14 week done

i have done my 14 weeks and have lost 4 stone and am a 14 from a 20 so am over the moon.havent finished yet but am confident about the future now x

That's fantastic - well done! Only lost the dreaded 1lb on Saturday so was bit fed up but reading the amazing achievements of others really spurs me on.

lost 5 ibs when i got weighed lastnite so have gone down to 11 13 am so pleased cant ever remember being this weight. will pop some pics up when i learn how lol x
