15 stone to 14 stone support

Well myself and the girls have all been ill with a sickness bug since Sunday, it's been awful but the only consolation is that I've had a great loss this week a massive 6lb, I just really hope I don't gain it back once I'm feeling better, I will just try and stay 100% focused this week and limit the damage x x

Hi ! If ur in the 14 stone bracket u shud look for the 14-13 stone thread for loads more support, but of course u can stay here and tell us all how frigging good it is to see a 14 something when u step on the scales to motivate us !! How long u been on sw for??x

14st 13lbs, that is 14 - 15 stone????

Only started it tentatively a couple weeks ago but now getting into it properly. At first i just used the recipes but as of Monday i am now looking into syns and all that goes with the plan. Call me stupid but i refuse to join a group, just dont believe in certain commercialisations from peoples problems and issues, so more than happy to use whatever i can find for free. lol. (and i swear, its nothing about being tight fisted, i also dont believe in the commercialisation of Christmas)

Well i was having Go Ahead crispy fruit slices as a snack once or twice a day, but have just found out that one slice is 3 syns, and there are 3 in a pack. Wont be doing that anymore then. Perhaps that will help the loss now. lol.

Hi Daz :)

Hopefully this forum will help you out with everything you need :)

I'm an at-homer too :) I used to go to group but funds started to get very limited and I couldn't afford to go in the end! One thing I would say though is having a SW book helps loads. They have half price joining right now, so I'd suggest nipping along to 1 meeting, grabbing yourself a book and then see how things go from there :)

Yahooooo! I'm team 15s from tonight! Scraping in at 15st 13lbs - boy am I glad to be here :)

Lost 1 1/2 lbs this week, only 2 1/2 lbs to go until I can say goodbye to you all and move on to the next group. Got a busy weekend which will be hard foodwise, so will probably be here a couple of weeks yet!

Well done potato...and Lizzylis0....and everyone who did well so far this week either getting into the 15's or getting closer to getting out of the 15's and into the 14's !!
Nervous for my weigh in, cant handle another gain if i get it, bad start to the week but pulled it back and have been exercising ALOT so fingers crossed :) xx

Thanks Jodieboo, i shall look into that. I do have someone who is a sw member and has offered to get me a book and post it down to me. But my concern is whats in the book? If its just full of syn values i can find them online? I looked for it online, £27 on Amazon, aint paying that. lol.

Yey ! 1.5lb off, brings me back into the 15's after my gain last week. Just. Phew !
Aiming big for next tuesday...superspeed here i come :) x

In the book, it talks you through all three plans, tells you what you can have as your healthy extras, the food that will speed up your weight loss and syn values on all three plans too :) there's also a weight loss tracker in the back. £27 is stupid!!! Even when it's not half price joining at a group it's still only £15!! Daylight robbery!

Hi all, hope your all having a good week, I'm now feeling normal again and managed to exercise tonight for the first time this week, I hope no one mind me asking but is anyone noticing they now have saggy skin anywhere, I've got it on my arms and thighs, I'm hoping exercise will help, I'm scared I've left losing weight to long and my skin is so stretched it won't go back x

My belly is saggy and stretch marked. But I have 3 kids and had one quite young. And have been over weight since I was 19, I now 33, so I Amnt expecting to lose the belly

the last time I lost the weight, my boobs dropped a good bit. Like cocker spaniel ears, ha ha.

anyway, I would prefer to be skinny and a bit saggy. U can hide the bits u don't want people seeing!

Oh thanks ladies, I suppose your right about hiding it under clothes, I've got varicose veins on my thighs due to my pregnancies so I think that's making my thighs look worse. I'm just hoping exercise will help them look better x x

I think i shall stick as i am for npw, actually started loosing weight and at a pace im happy with. Rather not lose to much at a time with what i keep reading about rapid loss. If i change my mind i might just but the 2012 directory at a lot less than half the cost of the 2013 one. lol.
