15TH WEEK WEIGH-IN

Lost 2.1 lbs (in 5 days). Back to proper routine from now on (as in back to work and drinking more water!)

Can't believe I've lost a total of 8 lbs over the Christmas/New Year period! First time in my life I've lost weight at this time of year.

Yes, first time ever I actually didn't receive any chocs for xmas. I have much support from family and friends.
