And I lost 5lb, that was for 2 weeks though.

My CDC is away at the moment so the next time I will be weighed it will be for 2 1/2 weeks. It's a bit slow at the moment-totm last week, plus I've only lost 1lb so far this week. Feel like I've been saying 'nearly 4 1/2 stone' forever! Last time I spoke to my CDC she asked if I wanted to be entered for Slimmer of the Year-I was very flattered that she thought of me!

I have bad typing at the moment as my right index finger is in a plaster as I chopped off the nail with a meat cleaver!
