17 lbs down, 30 to go!

So my weight has finally started going down. I won't lie, it took a longgggg time to start losing properly - I used to go a few days dieting and exercising then put it all back on the minute I stopped.

But then I started doing proper diets - the 2 week german diet worked wonders on me. I lost about 10 lbs in 2 weeks, and since then (i finished about 3 weeks ago) I haven't been eating super healthily - i've just been exercising like when i was on the diet and here i am with 17 lbs down in total :) they told me the diet would speed up my metabolism, didn't think it was true!

here are some pics! i still have a longggggggg way to go, but i'm happy with the results so far!
the bikini i'm in is a little tight - that's on purpose though. my goal by december is to fit comfortably into it :)
