Was just looking thru past weeks trying to update my stats and write it in my own hand written diary and think I mite be bit confused as to what I've lost. That 3lb loss may hav been less... Not sure... Blond moment!!! :)

only 15 grams. not much at all. but it was a big share pack and myself and my mam and sister were picking.... They were yum tho! :)
 
hey all,
been staying on track but just not tracking. prob went bit over yesterday-couple of mini kit kats but was under pp today-wierd non hungry day....
had hour pilates last nite, hour walk this morn and hour pilates tonite. so hopefully that will balance out goin over a bit and will hopefully have a good loss tomoro!! :)
 
Ok so 10.4 at WI. (STS). I will hav to fix my last few WI figures Alrite. Got not confused with weighing in my parents.....
But still not impressed with 10.4
Feel bit constipated this morn (TMI) and weighed in fri last week so thinkin of just changing WI day to fri altogether. And I'll eat better today and hope tomoro I mite get truer WI.....
I'll see...

Oh God.... i sound like a broken record but ive been off track again for few days.
had great weekend but thats it.... its back to diaries again!!!
My cooker is still broken (my electrician has man flu!) which is helping but gona really try!!!

To be honest my bad weekend was so long ago and I've been so good since and feel good about exercise and I've had no sneaky WIs so really don't know what scales are gona say.. Really hope it's good tho. Cud do with some serious motivation.
