Work goin ok. To be honest focusing on food is taking the edge off. And while I cooked the dinner for the house today I cooked a lasagne for myself for home as my cooker is still broken. There are perks to this job. :)
Got up early too to buy the ingredients and def makes me feel better being more awake goin into work. Gona try and keep that up.

I'm a social care worker. I work in a residential house for adults with learning disabilities, 2 of which hav autism aswel, 1 has dementia aswel and one is bipolar aswel so pretty tough goin and physical hence my apprehension with my back.
But I do like the work... :)

Woohoo-weight finally moving again. Down to 10.2 which is 2lbs down from last thurs (1.5 from my extra weigh in fri).
Delighted. Honestly thought I wasnt gona start moving it again...

Just started my Couch to 5km! But run I'm doin is on April 2nd so only hav 4 & half weeks to do it so skipped straight to week 2, Day 3. Will follow nxt too as usual and then maybe skip a day again etc to try and be ready in time. Wasnt as bad as I thought. Off again tomoro so def goin again tomoro... :)

Went for week 2, day 3 C25K and then went for power walk with a friend plus dogs for hour later on. So feel really good. Fab day weather wise aswel today so feel really positive. :)
Goin back to work I think gave me the motivation I needed to do last bit. Bcos I'm back to work I'm taking advantage of days off. I've my food plan done out for nxt week and my exercise plan. Excited!! :)
