May seemed to be a mental month for everyone. Yeah unislim is fine. Lost 4ibs this week but it was my first week. Weight had gone back on over last 2 months. So now at 10.2 again. U are doing great. How much more do u wanna lose? I got a treadmill so gonna use that 4-5 nights a week. 30 mins walk/jog. I really need to tone up esp my arms. Well done great u done so well without tracking. Shows u can keep on top of it. Are u enjoying our SUMMER. Lol what a joke!

Well after my set back I hav 12lbs to go to goal. Very doable!! Looking forward to challenge. Not wasting my weeklies on alcohol shud help. :) How u keeping hon?

Hiya welcome back. Think everyone has gone a little off the rails lately lol. I've been arsing around for a month now, logging and not logging but back into it now with a bit of a gain (but not much).

You'll defo do well this month if you aren't drinking lol. Holiday sounds great and belated birthday to you x

Ah I'd love a treadmill. I really need to get back into running. Tomoro... :) My arms need working on too.
Oh this summer is amazing!! The only thing it's good for it making my garden into a jungle due to serious growth!!! :)

Just had the most amazingly big and gorgeous salad at home. It had everything in it!! Yum!!

I love cranberry juice, I get a small carton (not sure of the pp), then just dilute it down as I go, its nicer diluted. You are doing really well, your burger sounds gorgeous, may try it as a wrap myself. And well done on all the jogging, its enjoyable once you get into it.

Thanks honey. Ya love the jogging. Just been away from it for 2weeks. Hav 8km in Dublin docklands on 19th so looking forward to that.

Cranberry juice is great idea. Its my job to bring the alcohol to dinner party so I'm gona bring my own nice non alcoholic drinks.

Burger is my sisters idea-some place they go in Dublin does it. It's so much lighter than heavy burger bun. Yum!
