WW roll, mayo, ham, tomato, onion (4)

Dinner:
Omlette with egg & 2 whites, sausage, peppers, mushrooms, cheese (6)

Exhausted after shift at work yesterday. 24hr shift but shud get 8hrs sleep during it. That didn't happen as my lads are sick at mo.
So not able for much today.

Had massage booked for this morn. Which was lovely. TOTM started yesterday so even nicer. :)

Went for walk and catch up with friend there while ago. But I plan on doin very little for rest of day now except cool dinner :)

Those Avonmore LF soups are yum aren't they.. And great PP's.. I've had the garden veg (think its garden veg.. its veg anyway) n its quite low too.. More importantly.. Very yummy!!

They're fab. Hav a Mediterranean veg soup in fridge. Some deal on buying two... :) Handy for work so mite keep it for nxt week.. :)
