Felt very righteous sitting in cinema with my couple of sweets.... though my friend's kid sister in laws were sitting next to me with popcorn which smelt scrummy! :)

Film was good. I'm not a huge twilight fan but it was good.

Home now, bed soon... :)

Did 45 minute power walk this morn too

Ooops-didn't hear my alarm this morn. Wasn't late for work but didn't hav time for a walk. But I'm sure my 24hour shift at work will burn a few calories. :)

Thinking if being super good and just getting stir fry veg in oyster sauce? It says 6 in takeaway lists but 12 seems a lot for just veg (the way you usually double for takeaway portion)?? Is it worth it? Ideas???

I'm useless I'm afraid. I either go all out with the take away, call it 49pp and keep within my points rest of week or avoid.

12pp sounds about right though because or sauces and rice/noodles.

Breakfast:
Scrambled egg & egg white (3), grilled mushroom and tomato, beans (1)

Lunch:
Tuna toastie-bread x 2 (4), tuna & mayo (3), cheese (1)

Snack:
pineapple slices from can (0)
D. Coke
Buttons (3)

Dinner:
Takeaway night at work.....
King prawn in thai basil (14) - based on prawn schechaun and ate all but in fairness realisitcally it was about a restaurant portion so went with restaurant propoints but added couple just incase
chips-1/5 bag (7)
literally 2 prawn crackers, 1/3 chicken ball, only barely dipped in sweet & sour sauce (4)

Way more than i planned on eating but really enjoyed it and full for the night! :)

Total dailies used: 26/26
Weeklies used today: 14/49
Total weeklies left: 33

No walk today-slept thru my alarm this morn. :-(

Thanks :) It happened so fast at the time that I kind of underestimated how big an achievement it really was. I wish it was as easy this time but I guess the smaller you get (and I'm not small by any means) the harder it gets.

I'm doing good but went seriously over my points today. Have them to spare though so why not :D No major plans for the weekend...trying to stay in and save a bit of cash till my birthday (2weeks). How about yourself? Any nice plans?
 
It was yummy... I know the smaller bits seemed a lot but think I was afraid that I hadn't pointed the main part right.... Though it was just prawns, basil and chilli really.... I

I know it wud benefit me in the future to hav a realistic pp value for it cos I'd def get it again but I don't wana get too excited and think I've loads of pp left... I do anyway... but I don't want more to eat my way thru during week. ;-)

I guess the chicken ball bit is a bit much tho... :)
