Opened wine last nite so had another glass tonite.

Haha... too late. another little bit poured...

Ya Roast was yum I must say. Karen cooked meat and I made roast veg in spray oil which was delish. And took out my potato before I added butter for everyone else. And then just added my butter to my own after. Weighed out my potato and beef without making a big deal of it. Made me enjoy it even more knowing exactly what I was eating. Yum.

You can't eat beef at all? Its 50/50 whether it sits OK on my stomach.

I never ate beef (barr mince) but last week got steak pieces, cooked them in the slow cooker in stock with onions n carrots n OMG nicest dinner ever!!! Will b a regular in this house
