    Yeah the meringue nest topped with oranges and grapes, wizz up a few strawberries and pour that over the top. Yum.

    Otherwise if hungry big chopped up salad with 1 tbsp sweet chilli sauce. Yummy

    Melt 1 points worth of choc and drizzle over strawberries.....

    A Tin of WW Chicken Noodle Soup .... or a homemade 0pp soup and a 1pp slice of bread

    11g of Light UHT Cream with a Hartley's sugar free Jelly and some fruit !

    I had an amazing 1pp side dish to my main meal last night!

    Steamed babycorn, green beans and brocolli with 1pp woth of gravy. It was so filling and amazing!
