Morning everyone, well i've ordered my first pack ready to start tomoz! Feeling nervous and positive at the same time as I know it will work but also know it will be tough for a few weeks.
Kept a a daily diary before and been looking at that to motivate me more. Will do the same this time too.

Hi soule

Im doing ok today is day 8 for me managed to loose 9lbs since monday. Its TOTM so im feelin a lil grumpy, had a headache yesterday but im ok. My sister is my exante partner and shes managed to loose 14lbs in 6 days. Im hoping to loose another 5lbs wen i weigh in on monday. Not long to now untill u start
