1st day back on lipotrim!!!

hi guys!! just thought i would let u know how my first day has been.

I forgot how hard it is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

still, havent cheated and still have one shake to go.

head really hurts but this will be gone by tomorow hopefully.
hope all newbies are winning at this and stick with it as it does get easier.

I found the first few days taking paracetamol helped with the headaches and lots of water and I havnt had a headache since,
