Extra Easy 1st day is this ok

hi,doin my 1st week on extra easy so far this is what i had is it ok

breakfast-yogurt and apple cup of tea 1/2 sin
snack-4 ryvita=1heb+lcel x5-1xhea +2 xplums
apple

dinner-tuna salad with balsamic vinegar

tea-bubble and squeak(mashed up brocolli,roast potatoes ,mushy peas ,carrots)cold roast beef.mushrooms,beans and 2 poached eggs

dessert-mixed fresh pineapple,kiwi,grapes topped with greek yogurt and a crunched up coconut biscuit(2.5 sins)

wow sounds like loads bit worried as it just felt like a normal tea.am i eating enough free food

somtimes on extra easy if you dont have veg/salad with all your meals does it count for your 1/3rd if you pick on free fruit all day

Looks good to me. You are supposed to eat your superfree with your meal, as it's meant to stop you eating too many carbs or too much meat, but I think as long as you're sensible it's ok to eat some fruit after.

BTW, double check, but I'm sure you'll need to syn your balsamic ;)
