1st day on plan -be kind im new!!

Well i joined last night, and am still wading through all the reading material.
Think i'm doing EE today, probably all week, but dont know what to eat, almost too much choice!!

So had 2 weetabix and skimmed milk with a banana for my brek using HEX a and b i think?

Not sure about lunch yet, planning fish, couscous, new pots and veg for tea.
Any tips for newby, lowpoint snacks , easy meals you all eat lots of? ta ;)
