1st day on ww.need idea's and tips pls

    weight watchers
    well my first day on ww as been good,
    but with doing it at home for now not sure what to have for breakfast and dinners.any ideas or tips to get me started would be great thanks..:)

    If you search breakfast ideas or dinner recipes, I'm sure there's loads of threads hon. for brekkie I'll have porridge or weetabix or special k or belvita biccies. At weekend I usually have eggs for brekkie, poached or fried in frylight.
    For dinner I use a lot of chicken. Chicken fried rice or chow mein (homemade) or today I had a honey and mustard chicken breast with homemade wedges. Loads you can have chick. X
