1st day review

well I ve got through my first day and feel really positive I am determind to change this fat body to a slim one!!!
with both my young children being off school and nursery I ve not had chance to read all the information, just basic facts and I think I eat too much meat today (can you not eat as much meat as you want?? just veg and salad??)
I know I ve got a long road ahead of me on CS but I WILL stick to it!!!! xxx

no the meat must be the size of the palm of your hand...goodluck im4weeks in and theres 16ibs less of me.
