I'm going to Ibiza n I've got 7 weeks n I'm hoping to lose 2 and half stone. Currently starting at 20st 9lb

Hi Bec,
I think this is possible, I'm doing Lighter Life, which is very similar (in fact 4 food packs a day, so slightly more than Lipotrim) I lost 41lbs in 7 weeks, started at a similar weight to you.

6 weeks on LT you will lose over a stone - please refeed properly, I can't stress enough how important that is.
I've made the mistake of giving up on day 4-5 more than once and really regretted it.

Hi Bec, I started off 3lb heavier than you and have lost 20lbs in 3 weeks so 2 stone is 7 weeks should be no problem, you could be surprised how much you lose in the 7 weeks
