well done. each day that passes is a day nearer your first weigh in. that'll keep you on track for another week at least :). I found days 2 - 5 the hardest but, once i got passed these it became much easier. most people find that the hunger stops altogether then too. keep it up and log onto the forum if you want some motivation. check out the inspirational slide show above. amazing. take care. xx julia xx

Well done for starting. 1st week is the worst. It gets MUCH easier in the second week!
