Hiya all my names becky - i been reading forum for past couple of weeks -i started lipotrim sat 19th went to weigh in sat 26th chemist wasn't there but by my scales i would say 8lbs loss - - on 2nd week and i feel great - had ups and downs 1st week but with strong will and a couple of early nights i survived - my hardest days being day 1 and day 7 - day 7 i felt sick all day and went to bed 8 o'clock fri evening - but woke up feeling fantastic and i must say still feel this way even with totm . So looking forward to an official weigh in this thursday. Good luck to you all. xxx

How are you finding it so far? The only downside in my opinion is the dragon breath

Not had that - not too bad really noticed i got a bit short tempered but apart from being being hungry on the 1st day day 7 was difficult i felt really sick all day and evening - but had an early night and it passed and i felt good the next day - not sure of exact weight loss as pharmacist didn't turn up but at a guess on my scales i estimated a loss of 8lbs - very happy with that - and this week i'll get a correct weigh in for the 2 weeks.

Oh my God how did you not hunt the plonker down and scream at him for not turning up for your weigh in! oh I'd go nuts well done - you're obviously very determined - we have similar stats and goals so fingers crossed I get an 8lb loss my first week too! I'll find out on Wed!

Keep going becky! Have to say that's rotten of the pharmacist to not keep the appointment. Still you will rock it in the next WI!

i hadnt even noticed the three of us have the same goals! thats it guys we're now diet buddies!!

I've got my first weigh in tomorrow and if the pharmacist isn't there I will be absolutely gutted!!!!!!

Well done on your 8lb loss - I'll post mine tomorrow and whether I have a living pharmacist still or not
