1st SW weigh in- ugh :(

Well, I have really stuck to plan all week and put on half a lb. :cry:The consultant looked at my diet sheet and said she could see no problem with it, :sigh: so this week I am going to try Red.

This is because I have felt quite bloated this week, then again, Star week is due to start next Friday... so who knows :rolleyes:

Well done for still deciding to carry on even with your disappoint and not giving up! When my friend has her star week, she gain up to 5lbs the week b4. But she takes it on the chin, cos she knows next week will be betters
