:beam: Well just jumped on the scales after my 1st week on induction straight from Cambridge diet with no refeed etc. Despite having mentaly prepaired myself to have put on upto half a stone, Rather over the moon with the fact I lost 3lbs !
Rembering why i liked low carbing before and should never of fallen off the wagon, and this time around disvovered the joys of MIMs. decided to inroduce my exercise in stages starting with upping my cardio this week pushing harder evry session then weights in another weeks time rather than totaly shock the body
