1st week weigh in

Well I just jumped on the dreaded scales after my 1st week on weightwatchers fully expecting a gain of upto 7lbs due to eating again after 9 weeks on cambridge, and was very pleasently suprised to see that rather than a gain I have some how managed to LOSE 3.5lbs :D

Im over the moon and looking forward to week 2 :D
