1st week weigh in!

    Well I started exactly 1 week ago so today is the 1st weigh in. I lost 7.7lbs or 3.5 kgs! :D Either way I'm absolutely stoked! Roll on next week! :whistle:

    Well done Lisa congratulations. I'm on day 7 but won't be weighed until tomorrow (Wednesday). Sometimes I get the urge to eat something but I'm still sticking to it. Good luck to you :)
