Welcome along! What you're feeling is totally normal and will pass once you're in ketosis, in fact in no time you'll be full of energy and feeling great!
Take it easy (if you can) while you're feeling lathargic, sip water all day long and don't miss any packs.
Hang in there, I promise if you stay 100% your first weigh in will motivate and excite you so much you won't want to stop!

aw thank you thought it would last forever ha but glad to here it will pass its not so bad during the day in work its more when i get home and early mornings feel like i have no energy x
Hey, I'm on my third day and have noticed some tiredness too. We should hit ketosis any day, keep strong and it'll pass. Have you tried adding coffee to the shakes? I made like a vanilla lattee with a shake yesterday and like a mocha today with the chocolate shake, it perks me up anyway. How are you coping otherwise, with hunger and stuff? x
helllo finding it ok i do feel a little hungrey tho but i keep thinking THIN lol finding it hard to drink so much water too iv never drank so much

its harder for me in the mornings and at night when i get home from work

i have tried coffee in the shake you can also make hot chocolate with it to so i have read
im gonna try it later when i finish work

helllo im finding it ok not too bad i do feel hungry tho and soooo tired worse at night and in the mornings in work i seem to be fine dreading the weekend but ill do it i am finding all the water hard to drink as i hate the stuff but i keep thinking thin thoughts haha i do no about the coffee in the shake you can also make hot chocolate with it so i have read im going try it later how r u finding it? xx
Hey, it's going ok for me too...not too hungry, it's just the tiredness for me too. You can't have tonic water but you can have plain carbonated water. Ooh I haven't tried hot choc yet myself so let me know if it's nice or not!
