I started at 18st 7 1/2lb, i have set a mini target of 15. I would love to get to 13st though. Anything more after that would be a masdive bonus.
I have always been over weight, cant blame having kids or my childhood. I just like food & its always to much of the wrong stuff. So im taking SW 1 day at a time & dont care how long it takes me to get there.
I want to do it for my kids, my hubby but most importantley MYSELF.
