1st weigh in last night!!!

Hello everyone. I hope you are all ok today on this great day. Well I had my first weigh in last night!! I lost 6LBS!!!

Yes I am on this lifestyle diet 100%!! I have even taken to batteries out my scales now. That is not important. I know I still got a while to go but start as I mean to go on.............................We can all do this together!!
