1st weigh in since re-start

Hi, Just got weighed at the chemist, 12st.7lb which is ok as I only started back saturday which makes it a 5.5lb loss over 4 days.

Had 4 days worth of sachets left, and chemist insisted on weighing me when I went to pick up this weeks supply.
