1st Weigh in tomorow

Hope I lose Hope I lose!!
Is it normal to feel quite bloated in your first week.
I have been on a low carb diet for years (with great success and great gainbacks!) and think my bloating might be the reintroduction of carbs.
I have kept to the program almost to the letter. I may have earlier in the week made mistakes with portion control but have now rectified this.
Did anyone else feel a little bloated in their first week?
